Choose a plan based on what you need to publish, not just what you can preview.

Plan comparison

The app’s configured standard prices are shown below in US dollars. Paid plans use Shopify’s recurring 30-day billing interval. The Shopify approval screen is the final offer for your store, including the charge, currency, trial, taxes, and any applicable adjustments. Do not rely on documentation pricing instead of reviewing that screen.

Trials and billing

Paid plans are configured with a 14-day trial. Availability and remaining trial time are determined by the offer Shopify shows you; reinstalling or switching plans should not be treated as a promise of another trial. Approve a paid plan through Shopify. Account Canvas does not ask you to submit card details in a customer form or by support email. For a billing question, contact support with the shop domain and plan name, not payment credentials.

Draft, preview, and live are different

• Draft: content is saved so you can keep editing.
• Preview: you can explore a layout or template, including some paid features.
• Live: content must be active, placed in Shopify, and permitted by the current plan and store context.

Previewing a paid template does not unlock it for customers. If an upgrade is required, the app’s entitlement message identifies the feature you need to unlock.

Important limits

Dynamic blocks and conditions

Starter is packaged with 5 dynamic blocks and 5 saved conditions. Pro and Advanced remove the dynamic-block cap. Advanced condition groups can still require Advanced even when the block itself is available on a lower plan.

Page locations

Publishing custom account pages requires Pro or Advanced. The app provides five general customer account page locations and one order-specific location. Each location can point to one active Account Canvas page. The number of page drafts is not the same as the number of available Shopify locations.

Shopify capabilities

An Account Canvas upgrade does not grant Shopify permissions, add missing order context, or make Shopify B2B features available on a store that does not support them. Upcoming or early-access features are not guaranteed live features.

Which plan should I choose?

• Start with Free to learn the workflow and prepare content.
• Choose Starter for a small set of targeted blocks.
• Choose Pro when you need custom pages, more dynamic content, or supported request forms.
• Choose Advanced when you specifically need advanced layout tools, B2B targeting, or metafield-based conditions.
