# Contact support

> How to request help with Account Canvas safely.

Email [support@accountcanvas.app](mailto:support@accountcanvas.app) for setup,
billing, placement, workflow, privacy, or technical help.

Include:

* Your `.myshopify.com` shop domain.
* The affected Account Canvas block, section, page, or workflow name.
* The customer account location where the issue appears.
* The approximate date and time of the issue.
* Steps that reproduce the problem.
* A submission reference or sanitized error reference when available.

Do not include customer-entered answers, passwords, access tokens, session cookies,
payment card data, government identifiers, or screenshots with unredacted customer
information.

## Security reports

Do not report a suspected vulnerability in a public issue. Email
[support@accountcanvas.app](mailto:support@accountcanvas.app) with the subject
"Security report" and remove secrets and personal data from the report. Account Canvas
will move confirmed reports to a restricted response channel.
